El hotel ” Ucrania”.
El hotel ” Ucrania”- es el último rascacielos de Stalin construido después de la muerte del dictador. El nombre Ucrania lo recibió en los años del gobierno de Jruschev. Para unos es un hotel de 5 estrellas, para otros una casa de vivienda. Por la noche este edificio parece muy imponente y bello. El edificio tiene 25 plantas y su altura total es de 206m. El hotel Ucrania se ubica en el recodo del río Moscova en el comienzo de la avenida Kutuzov.
La catedral de Cristo Salvador.
Es una catedral ortodoxa, un edificio que tiene una suerte dramática. La catedral fue construida en honor de los soldados que murieron durante la guerra contra el imperador francés Napoleón Bonaparte en el año 1812. Cuando los comunistas llegaron al poder (el régimen comunista era ateo) decidieron explodir la catedral como era uno de los símbolos religiosos principales de Moscú. Durante muchos años en lugar de la catedral se encontraba una piscina climatizada grande. Y solo en el año 1990 se toma la decisión de reconstruir la catedral de Cristo Salvador en su aspecto histórico. La catedral es bonita de día así como de noche. Su aspecto monumental iluminado con muchas luces se refleja en el agua del río Moscova.
