Aquí se concidera que el tocino es bueno para la salud y los turistas creen que es un producto muy grasiento que perjudica la salud.
La papilla de sémola
Este producto lo consideran como muy extraño no solo los extrangeros sino también los niños que odian este plato que se come mucho en la niñez. Este tipo de papilla contiene a eso del 70 por ciento de los carbohidratos que se sientan muy bien por el organismo y muchas proteínas.
El kvas
Seguramente esta bebida típica rusa la mayoría de los extrangeros no la hayan probado. Después de tomarlo los turistas no tomarían más las gaseosas con mucho azúcar.
La carne picada en el caldo frío o galantina ( “jolodets” en ruso)
Es un plato más que extraño para los extrangeros- recuerda los “restos” de ternera y poyo en gelatina. Este plato lo preparan para todas las fiestas en Rusia.

Otro plato característico para las mesas de gala rusas. Este plato apareció en el país casi al mismo tiempo cuando apareció la mayonesa en Rusia. Col marinada
