A palavra “Kremlin” é uma palavra muito antiga. No tempo antigo esta palavra foi usada para falar do centro fortificado da cidade, o seja, para falar das fortalezas. flechas. Estas coisas usavam os habitantes antigos desta terra faz muitos anos. Para a construção do Kremlin foi escolido um lugar especial. O Kremlin foi construido numa colina alta rodeada por dois rios , o Moscova e o Neglinnaya. Estos rios a gente pode ver claramente visitando o centro da cidade durante a tour ao Kremlin antigo. Durante o tempo do seguinte governante de Moscou, Demetrio do Don- para o Kremlin foram construidas as muralhas novas de pedra. No ano de 1367 começou a construção das muralhas novas de pedra branca. Foram construidas de pedra caliça que extraíam na província de Moscou. Pouco a pouco as terras russas foram unidas no estado unido. Moscou foi convertida em sua capital. Esto ocorreu no governo do Grão Príncipe Ivão III. Ivan III reuniu aos melhores arquitetos e convidou da Italia aos arquitetos como Rodolfo Fioravanti, Pietro Antonio Solari e outros arquitetos famosos. O Kremlin novo foi construido em 10 anos. Onde a terceira parte do Kremlin fizeram o foso que conectou dois rios. Desta forma o Kremlin de Moscou foi rodeado pela água. As torres do Kremlin levantavam uma depois de outra, foram feitas as seteiras para melhorar a proteção.
No tempo de Pedro I no território construem o predio de paiol. Mais depois do traslado da
capital a São Petersburgo, deixaram de fazer novas construções.
